Contact Form
On the Admin Sidebar, go to the Contact Form> Add New to create a new contact form 
You can edit form template by selecting the Form-Tag Generator to insert it to Form.
Note: You can copy the HTML code which is designed by Traveler Theme

You can edit the mail template by using the mail tag on the Mail and click Save to finish

Copy the shortcode of Contact Form 7 to the Theme Settings > Advance Option> Inquiry Shortcode Contact Form 7
Now, you will see your inquiry form on a single service page like this
