Welcome to the ShineTheme support! We are here to help solve your Traveler Theme issues quickly and efficiently. We will do our best to assist you with any issues related to our themes and plugins. To submit the ticket, please go to ShineHelp

1. Renew/Extend support

Depending on your support subscription to Themeforest, the cost of support items could be different. To learn more about this, please read Extending and Renewing Item Support
  1. 1.
    Login to your Themeforest account and go to the Downloads tab
  2. 2.
    Find Traveler Themes purchase to see the expiration date remaining
  3. 3.
    Click "Renew Now" or "Extend now" to purchase your support
  4. 4.
    Confirm your payment detail to finish the extension
  5. 5.
    Go to the Themeforest account and check Registration Code Tab at the bottom, click RECENTLY RENEWED? APPLY EXTENSION NOW to apply for the support extension
Notice: If you do not renew support, you will not be able to receive updates for the newest version of theme and support will be limited which means no more assistance from our theme
The support options available
A support upgrade
6 months of additional support that can be purchased at the time of buying the item.
A support extension
6 months of support that can be purchased at any time after the initial purchase of the item, provided the current support period hasn’t expired.
A support renewal
6 months of support that can be purchased after any existing support for an item has expired.

2. Update ShineHelp Support

If you bought the Extension support but when you go to our support system Shinehelp and receive: Your support term has expired, you can follow these steps to fix it:

    Navigate to your account setting to update the purchase code of the theme here:
2. Once done, the system show “You have successfully updated
3. When submitting a new ticket, don’t forget to select the Traveler theme option in the list here:
